Become a Mentor

At Major Choice, we pair students with disabilities with mentors who help them build a vision for their future — and the confidence to pursue it. Our mentors don’t just guide students through career exploration.
They spark breakthroughs. They unlock possibilities. They show up when it matters most.
If you’re ready to be that person — to change a life with your time, heart, and experience — we invite you to apply today.
The future is waiting. Let’s build it together.

Become a Mentor

Being a Major Choice mentor means meeting students where they are — helping them explore their interests, build confidence, and discover career paths that feel right for them. Mentors offer not just guidance, but genuine encouragement and understanding as students navigate big decisions about their futures. It’s about making a meaningful impact by listening, supporting, and connecting education to real opportunities in a way that feels personal and empowering.

The Right Words. The Right Time. A Lifetime of Impact.

Every young person deserves someone who believes in them.

Someone who says, “You can do this” — and means it.

their future — and the confidence to pursue it.

Our mentors don’t just guide students through career exploration.

They spark breakthroughs. They unlock possibilities.

They show up when it matters most.
