We’re on a Mission to Create A Better Future for One Million Young Adults
Every year, millions of young people leave High School, taking that crucial first step toward an educational path that leads to their "dream job" without ever taking the time to explore who they really are, what is important to them, and most importantly, what they’re truly meant to do. The result of this is startling, but not surprising: according to a recent workforce survey, a mere 20-30% of today’s workers feel happy and fulfilled at work, leaving a staggering 70-80% spending the majority of their waking hours doing something they’re not meant to do.
We believe this is one of, if not the greatest tragedies in the world today, and have dedicated most of our waking hours over the past several years to solving this problem. The result is Major Choice, the World’s Most Comprehensive Self and Career Path Exploration Course for students and young adults alike.
Major Choice guides young adults to deeply explore both themselves and career paths over the course of three “Missions”.
Self Exploration
Before anything comes self knowledge. Our students learn about themselves as we tear away perceptions and provide a raw look at who they really are and what drives them.
- Path Preferences: Outdoors vs Indoors. Dreamer or Influencer? Discover those innate preferences that will subconsciously guide young adults.
- Personality: Using one of the most trusted personality assessments in the world, they’ll take a deep dive into their personality, revealing who they truly are and what careers they naturally align with.
- Life Events & Influencers: What events and people have had the most impact on their life, and more importantly, what have they learned from them? This exercise guides them through identifying these, and translating them into powerful statements they can learn from and use.

Core Values: What five values are at their very core? Or in other words, what are their “Unshakeable Truths”? This exercise challenges them to think about who they are and what they stand for.
Career Exploration
From zero career insight to expert knowledge.
- Job Data: Discover job demand, salaries, geography and everything essential for a successful career choice.
- Industry Knowledge: Learn exactly what professionals are looking for as they search for employees.
- Discover Careers: Find out about jobs that most young adults have never heard of but are a perfect match.

Career DNA™: Students discover dream jobs and match it against our proprietary Career DNA™ tool to see how well they're aligned.
Networking:Students learn how to create their own network and the importance of these contacts now and down the road.
Outreach:Students learn how to properly reach out to professionals currently employed in their future dream job and then interview them to verify that this career is right for them!
Major Choice empowers students to engage with professionals currently employed in their future dream jobs.
- Interview Professionals: Students are set up to interview professionals currently employed in their final career selections.

Soft Skills: Our soft skills coaching walks students through the process of how to approach professionals and make a great impression.
