We’re looking for mentors who are:
Empathetic, encouraging, and excellent listeners
Passionate about helping young people find their way
Experienced in education, career development, coaching, social work, healthcare, or related fields
Organized and committed to showing up consistently
What We Provide:
- Structured curriculum and training - you focus on the connection, we handle the details
- Paid mentorship opportunities (1099 position)
- Ongoing team support and professional growth opportunities
The Commitment:
- Virtual mentorship — flexible scheduling
- Typically 2x 45-minute sessions per week for 10–14 weeks
- A front-row seat to transformation

- Minimum qualifications:
• 2+ years experience mentoring, teaching, counseling, or supporting youth or adults (experience working with young adults with disabilities preferred).
• Bachelors degree or higher
• Strong communication, listening, and relationship-building skills
• Patient, encouraging, and respectful of diverse needs and backgrounds
• Must pass a background check
